Our most exclusive studio: the Executive Corner Studio, featuring panoramic city views and its own private terrace. Three large corner windows flood the room with natural light and offer views over Amsterdam Sloterdijk, whilst the patio door provides access to the outdoor terrace – ideal for relaxing outside after a day’s work.

The studio is fully furnished for a longer stay: a queen-size bed (which can be split into two single beds on request), a fully equipped private kitchen, a private en-suite bathroom, a dedicated workspace with a desk and a private dining table. Everything you need to live, work and relax, complemented by weekly cleaning, free Wi-Fi and access to all the tower’s shared facilities.

Accessibility

A 5-minute cycle from Sloterdijk Station, 15 minutes from the city centre and 11 minutes by train to Schiphol — right in the cultural heart of Amsterdam Sloterdijk.

By car

Search for‘Makerstoren Amsterdam’ on Google Maps or Waze and you’ll find us straight away.
Parking: in public car parks in the vicinity for €1.72 per hour, with a maximum daily rate of €10.30.
Payment can be made via the Easypark app (area code: 18430) or at the parking meter at Rhoneweg 36.

By public transport from Schiphol

There are several direct trains from Schiphol Airport to Sloterdijk Station (journey time: approximately 8 minutes).
From Sloterdijk Station: take bus 382 (towards IJmuiden) or 231 (towards Aberdeen) from the bus stop beneath the station.
Both buses depart approximately every 10 minutes.
Get off at the ‘Oderweg’ stop after 2 stops (5 minutes) – this is right in front of our building.

What is included in the rent?

Energy, Wi-Fi, water, electric bike, cleaning service, keyless entry and use of all shared facilities in the tower. A security deposit is charged separately.

How long can I stay?

From a minimum of 28 to a maximum of 182 days, with check-in on Mondays and check-out on Sundays.

What documents do I need to book?

Proof of employment or study in Amsterdam, such as an employment contract, proof of enrolment or a letter of intent. You can upload this during online check-in.

Can two of us stay there?

Yes, this studio is suitable for up to 2 people.

Can I stay at Makerstoren with my child?

No, we are only permitted to accommodate guests aged 18 and over.

Can I work from home in this serviced apartment?

Yes, this serviced apartment has a dedicated workspace with a desk. There is also an in-house coffee bar and deli in the tower.

Can I park at Makerstoren?

Yes, a limited number of parking spaces are available; please request this when making your booking. The cost is €20 per 24 hours. On-street parking is also available for around €12 per day, and there is plenty of space available in the surrounding area.
